This would help ensure that regular supply of these essential goods is available and that the older adults can get the produce at possibly discounted prices. An exercise program can be organized on a daily basis with the local community health professionals, specifically, those with exercise training backgrounds (Shumway-Cook, et.al., 2007). This exercise programme can be done in batches, on two schedules, one in the morning and another in the afternoon based on the convenience of the patients.
